• Abundance, distribution and dissemination of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) in watershed and sediments using high-throughout quantitative PCR.
• Degradation of antibiotics, and the variation and diversity of ARGs using DNA-SIP, qPCR and DNA sequencing.
