	Organize "Carbon Footprinting and Modelling: The Key to the Low Carbon City workshop", which sponsored by British "The Foreign & Commonwealth Office's Strategic Programme Fund", Mat 2011;
	Policy Outreach to Cities: Dr. Cui lead his groups working on Low Carbon urban planning for Xiamen City and as key attendees of the project on Low-carbon urban development pathway and environment integrated management pattern sponsored by Chinese Ministry of Environment. He works with the Xiamen Municipal Government to provide technical assistance and policy suggestions for low carbon action plan and waste management to Xiamen.
